Privacy Policy

PixelMint (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

Photos, Face Data & AI Processing

PixelMint provides entertainment AI photo features such as Age Change, Gender Swap, Future Baby, Art Filters, and Photo Enhance.

Collection: When you choose or take a photo, the App processes that image. If the photo contains a face (for example a portrait or selfie), that facial imagery is included in the image file you submit. We do not collect biometric templates, faceprints, or face-geometry models for identification, and we do not use Face ID / TrueDepth for authentication.

Intended uses: The image is used solely to generate the creative result you requested. We do not use photos or face data to build advertising profiles, for identity verification, or for any purpose unrelated to the feature you chose.

Disclosure / sharing with third-party AI: To generate a result, the selected photo(s) are sent over HTTPS to Replicate, Inc. (Replicate / replicate.com), our third-party AI processing provider. Before the first upload, the App asks for your permission and explains what is sent and to whom. Replicate processes the image only to run the model for your request and return a generated image. Advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) do not receive your photos or face images. We do not sell your photos or face data.

Equal protection: Any third party with whom we share face data for processing (currently Replicate) is required to provide the same or equal protection of that face data as described in this Privacy Policy, and to use it only to provide the processing service we request.

Storage & retention: PixelMint does not operate a permanent server-side face database or user photo gallery. Images are transmitted for processing and are not retained by us for profiling. Generated results remain on your device unless you save or share them. Providers may temporarily handle the image to complete the request and then delete it according to their practices. We do not keep face data longer than needed to provide the requested generation.

Deletion & revoking consent: You can revoke consent for AI photo processing in Settings → Revoke AI Processing Consent. After you revoke, the App will not send new photos to Replicate until you Agree again. You can delete saved results from the iOS Photos app at any time. Because we do not maintain a long-term face profile tied to your identity, there is typically no stored face record to delete on our servers. For privacy requests, contact [email protected].

Ads

The App shows advertisements via Google AdMob (including app open, interstitial, and native ads). Ad partners may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in their own policies. Ads do not receive your photos or face images.

Analytics & Diagnostics

We may collect limited diagnostic information (for example crash logs) to improve stability. This data is not used to identify you personally.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
